1Introduction and Acceptance

3Account Registration

Accurate Information

Account Security

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 8mbet Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 8mbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 8mbet.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbet's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8mbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any loss caused by interruptions to Platform availability, technical failures, or errors in game or odds data beyond 8mbet's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information or promotions on the Platform that contained errors due to technical reasons.

12Account Suspension and Termination

8mbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a court or regulatory order requiring account closure.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

13Amendments to These Terms

8mbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent revision clearly displayed. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8mbet makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
